Also known as Medial Epicondylitis - A condition that causes pain and/or burning where the tendons of the forearm muscles attach to the bony bump on the inside of the forearm/elbow. Much like tennis elbow, this condition is not limited to golfers but is common in groups of people who participate in repetitive forearm supination such as turning a door knob, screwing bolts, etc. Treatment approaches are individually tailored but typically include soft-tissue therapy paired with manual reaction techniques, strengthening exercises and stretching.
